I think New York is in the upper first-tier range while Chicago in the lower. In my definition it's not really about how big a city is but more about how expensive and competitive. Houston and Phoenix (for example) are bigger than both Boston and San Francisco and to me they are 2nd-tier cities ranking lower than those two.

You already learnt my experience. I talked about it recently. This is what is making think cheap client are not healthy. Why would you deny a client the shower after he traveled hours to see you? Other escorts would have asked for a uber. But I agreed anyways. He took advantage.

He is the exception. I wouldn't do it for 250 honestly. I did it once and had to travel. The client was cheap and didn't allow me to take a shower after I traveled 2 hours to see him across the Hudson. Cheapest clients tend to be the worst.
