Yeah during the week, I get up super early, and go to bed early relative to the time I have to rise. I have the “Do Not Disturb” Feature on my iPhone set for between 8pm and 5am. I tell people fine with anyone calling and texting any time of the night - I just receive it when I wake up if I’m asleep (unsure if everyone appreciates my 5:30am text replies though )

It’s not so much a specific age that I’ve fixed on, but the thought of being largely incapacitated towards the end of my life terrifies me.
