Recent experience with a bttm who couldn't/wouldn't perform. Happened to me once before (different provider). Since my goals for the visit were very clearly established, there should be some concession. In case #1 (2 yrs ago), I paid full and the guy had the nerve to HMU again a few weeks later. No concession was offered (in fact he was indignant that I did not find our meeting satisfactory) and I have never seem him again. In Case #2 (just last week) guy offered me a much reduced fee for much reduced service, which I accepted. Still won't see him again. You win some you lose some, but if you cannot meet the goals stated for the appt there needs to me some sort of concession made.
