I will be going to Los Angles for business and will spend two free days there for a short vacation. Since I have never been to LA before, I have a couple of questions to ask. I would like to get a hotel that is not too far from LAX. I don't plan on getting a rental car and I want to stay in a hotel that is walking distance to the beach. I started looking in Manhattan Beach and didn't find anything there close to the beach, same thing for Hermosa Beach. I then started looking at Santa Monica and I think I found a good hotel, so I just might do this, unless someone recommends a better plan. Since this is the end of a longer visit, in which it starts in West Hollywood, I just want to explore a different LA area that is close to LAX for my Wednesday flight. Thank you!

I was getting to the point of having a hard time hearing the TV well enough with the factory installed speakers and about four years ago, I bought the Sonos soundbar and sub-woofer for the TV and it did make a huge difference. Most recently, I have found that I am having a difficult time hearing the spoken word and I bought an additional Sonos side/rear speaker and it seems to help, but I agree all the extra sounds are too loud and makes hearing the spoken word too difficult. Regardless, I LOVE the Sonos system, one of the best investments I have made.

Thank you for the responses. The reason I am cautious with this guy is that he does not advertise and therefore doesn't have the risk to his biz if he did advertise. I know this a gamble, the first and last time I did this, I was shafted and lost my ticket and money. That's why regardless of who the guy is I am just recalling my bad experience about 20 years ago.

About 20 years ago, posters would organize a dinner at an area restaurant and people from the region would gather and even escorts were welcome. We had one in Ft Myers, Florida, that I attended and there were probably 4-5 more guys there and one of the local escorts joined us.
