I totally agree with you - I am very particular about what I will eat and if any delivery service ever gave me sub-standard items, they would definitely feel the full wrath of my anger (well, at least my disappointment).
 
That is why after considerable shopping around I have picked the companies I do business with.
 
Again (BozoTheKapo's obsession about me and my career notwithstanding), having the crazy hours of a teacher and the eating philosophy of a fitness-geek/health nerd, I think I am making the best of a potentially very bad situation (pizza hut for dinner????)

Keep your hours. I see those as a buffer in between longer appointments and ONs. Also, the small hour appointments can take a trip with small profit, to a sizeable one.
 
I offer additional hour discounts, and this discussion is making me think I should post that in my ad. I too enjoy the 2-4 hour appointment range. I feel there isn't a sense of being rushed on either end. Plus, both parties gain more of a connection with the longer appointment.

I generally book for two hours and am always appreciative if my companion sets a lower amount for that second hour. That way I can have tip money to end up making it the full amount. Everyone ends up with a smile on their face (once they have wiped the cum off).

@GregM Consider any of the Kimpton hotels as a good option. Hotel George is one block from the Hyatt. Also the Rouge, Madeira, or Palomar are in DuPont and would be good choices.

I eat what I want in moderation usually. I dont do low fat or non fat. Why? Because often times theres added shit that really isn't good for you, ie diet sodas. So in short, I will eat my eggs, bacon, butter, juice, water, ice cream, dark chocolates, gummi bears and be happy.

Your HIV specialist has some reading up to do or you need to listen more carefully. According to the CDC, MSMs should be screened for all STIs (not just HIV) at least annual and those who have more than one partner should get tested for a full panel of STIs (HIV, gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia) every three to six months. As I am on PrEP, I get an HIV test every three months and given I engage in unprotected oral sex my doctor also orders the other tests.
 
I'd be interested in knowing what you consider to be a "risky event." All sexual activity has risk associated with it. As stated above, my doctor wants me to get a full STI screen every three months because I give oral sex without a condom. What is your HIV specialist's opinion on that topic?

Most informed people would argue that luck has little to do with avoiding STI infections of any type. I suppose if you don't use any form of protection and manage to avoid becoming HIV+ and avoid contracting other STIs you could be considered "lucky," but for me my status is the result of carefully considering the risks associated with various behaviors, determining what types of precautions to take, and taking them every time. Granted, prior to the star of the HIV epidemic in the 1980's there was apparently no need for MSMs to use condoms but in the last 30-some years luck has had very little to do with it.
 

I think you are wrong to fixate on the rate of infection. By that logic, one who lives in Chicago, where the infection rate is lower than San Francisco, could reasonably take fewer precautions than he would in San Francisco, where the infection rate is higher. Likewise, that same person should be twice as careful when visiting and having sex in Georgia, where the probability of acquiring the virus is 1 in 51, as opposed to 1 in 101 back home in Illinois.
 
The thing is it does not work like that. You either take precautions or you don't take precautions. Would you advocate reducing the use of condoms and/or PrEP if only 5% of the MSM population who reported their status was HIV+? Maybe use condoms/take your PrEP only half the time if it fell to 2%? My guess is you wouldn't. Then why the focus on infection rate?

I'm an hiv positive hooker. I was positive before I started working the interwebz. In the beginning it was hard because being undetectable wasnt a thing and the risk of transmition was real. But now with being undetectable it has gotten easier. But there's still a lot of learning some need to do. 1. I know my status. 2. I'm responsible and I do my lab works regularly along with STI checks. 3. I am undetectable. The chances of passing it is less than 1% or so. Funny thing though despite all of this I was recently turned down. My thoughts? I thought to myself, fuck this ignorant dumb ass mother fucker and blocked him.
