I signed up for a summer class this week and one of the required fields on the application was to name my pronouns. Is this now common on job applications, or any other application? How can it be required that I tell a school or employer what my pronoun is? I wrote he/his/him but really didn’t want to say anything about this

Since July 1 this porn site says I have to prove my age to watch their videos in order to comply with Virginia law. ( I live in Maryland - not Virginia.). Proof could consist of sending them my picture. That’s not happening. Virginia is apparently NOT for lovers

Anybody else get confused by those who use plural, not gender-neutral?

I’ve never heard of ze or xe but I think it is preferable to describing a singular person with a plural pronoun. However I’m not going to spend any time telling non binary people what pronoun they should use. -
