I have chronic sciatica pain. I keep it at bay with acupuncture every other week. Massage every 3 weeks. And Chiropractor adjustment every three weeks. I also only wear birkenstocks which were also a game changer. I get the soft footbed plus throw in store bought gel insoles. Ahhhhh. I also take tumeric. If it flares up or becomes painful. Massage ur butt cheek with the corner of a kitchen countertop!

I get a much better massage (more extras) if I schedule 2 days in advance. I also schedule on a day that he is usually slow like a Sunday. Calling for an immediate appointment is rude. And if he does fit u in the experience suffers because he is too tired. The provider needs to put in his ad that he needs a 24 notice.
