  1. I assume that any escort is good for 65 and over unless it's the rare one that says otherwise. I've never had any issues using that guideline.
  2. Seattle's Pride Parade was today. I marched in it with my gay dads' group. Estimates were for 300,000 to watch and 250 groups marching. It is Washington's largest parade and single-day celebration and one of the largest Pride Parades in the country.
  3. He's been based in the LA area for a few years now. Pretty sure he's been discussed here before under a different name and if I can remember that name I will post it.
  4. Nailed it. Apples to oranges. IMHO the only thing they have in common is the summer heat and maybe sand. I'd determine what you're looking for in a retirement city and see which one hits closest. And, maybe it's somewhere else. I spend my winters in Palm Springs returning to Seattle for the summer. I could go on for the next hour on why I love Palm Springs and its advantages - hit me up if you have questions.
  5. There's no Airbnb ban in Palm Springs although I believe there may be in other valley cities. What Palm Springs did was cap Airbnb's at 20% of a neighborhood. Some of the neighborhoods had so many it will be years before a license becomes available. In other neighborhoods new Airbnb licenses can issued immediately. In any case, if there's an HOA owners need to comply with community rules and CC&R's which typically specify a minimum rental period of 28 days.
  6. Thank you guys! I was getting ready to book during his upcoming time in Seattle and you saved me.
  7. I have been hiring for roughly 20 years. I have never paid upfront. I had one provider tell me he wanted to be paid upfront and I told him we wouldn't be meeting if that was his policy. We compromised on me showing him upon arrival that I did have the money. IIRC I had one other provider who wanted to see the money upon arrival. If I remember to, for first-time appointments, I will leave an envelope visible. Typically, it's pre-counted in pocket and I slip it into their hand while sharing a goodbye kiss. I've had outcalls in my home, my hotel room and incalls in homes and hotel rooms.
  8. In recent years I have given my nieces and nephews $150 for HS graduation and $250 for college graduation. I see all of them fairly regularly so I am part of their lives. I have no idea what Miss Manners would say, but it's an amount with which I feel comfortable.
  9. From the days when Boeing did things the right way... Frank Shrontz, 92, Dies; Led Boeing in the Last of Its Golden Years - The New York Times WWW.NYTIMES.COM Known for his leadership and his commitment to company culture, he left as chief executive in 1996, opening the door to a corporate makeover.
  10. He was also in Judas Kiss. I can't recall how big his part was, but he was part of the cast on stage when the film was shown at the Seattle Queer Film Festival.
  11. I am the oldest with two great parents. Even though I was the oldest my parents were older than average (36/40) when I was born. Interesting to know if that correlation has been studied.

Bumping this... he's back in Palm Springs.
  13. The OP may enjoy this picture thread:
  14. I'm in a slump right now too. Haven't hired since September and have not opened Grindr/Scruff in several months. I used to be a combination of hiring and guys from the apps. I see a few guys that appeal to me but the part of my brain that has to send the texts and make the arrangements isn't interested. I'm pretty sure that if I went thru the effort to hire or hookup I would have a good time. I've complained/commented to my Dr. and testosterone is in normal ranges. I suspect I'm part of the group with continuing low-grade Covid depression. Jacking off is still good and I'm trying to hold-off for a bit to see if that helps raise the libido.
  15. Alaska now has a daily non-stop between Palm Springs & JFK. I would recommend getting at least halfway before stopping for lunch. I left LAX early afternoon once and the drive to PS was 5 hours - no accidents, just LA traffic.
  16. The Korean Fried Chicken at Zippy's in Hawaii. Followed up with a freshly fried Malasada. 😀
  17. I grew up on a small farm and my dad taught me about the cows. I knew about the bulls coming in for a month or so and later the AI (artificial insemination) technician. From a fairly young age I helped my dad when it was time to castrate the male calves and make them steers. I had a pretty good understanding of the mechanics. There were also books in the house about human development which I "found" (in retrospect I was probably supposed to find them). But never had the "talk". There was a movie at school in about 6th grade for the boys only, but I can't remember what was in it. I do remember we were told we weren't allowed to laugh or giggle. In about 7th grade there was a slide show and the teacher talking about an erect penis going into a vagina (again boys only).
  18. Man's body 'dissolved' by Yellowstone hot spring after seeking place to swim | National parks | The Guardian WWW.THEGUARDIAN.COM Colin Scott, 23, was looking for a ‘hot pot’ to swim in with his sister and rescuers concluded that extreme heat and acidity dissolved remains
  19. Those pics were used in another ad that has since been recently deleted - can't remember the name he used. One of the pics looks like a friend of mine - but only one of the pics.
  20. Southcenter. In the old Frederick & Nelson space.
  21. One of the twelve remaining stores is in a suburban Seattle mall. The original big Sears store in Seattle is now Starbucks HQ.
  22. Dinner and then watching fireworks from a friend's downtown Seattle condo.
  23. I love taking a guys load in my mouth, unless I've already cum - then I lose interest pretty fast. For me it's not about the flavor so much, but the act. I do love the taste of precum and will gladly swallow all I can get.
