Hoping someone can give me some advice. I'm interested in flying a guy out from LA to Denver for a weekend. Rate is 4k, and wants half down and hotel and flight booked which i understand. Little gunshy because previous encounter here went a little sideways but I'm really into him. Just want to be careful and am hesitant on sending him 2k on trust me. Doesn't really have any written reviews that I can find. Suggestions on how I can minimze my risk? Any feedback is appreciated.
Have you considered a trip to LA for yourself? Many fish in the sea if the person you want to see flakes out. And if you have a connection you can always fly him out to you in the future.

Or just buy a prepaid credit card to pay anonymously. I'm not endorsing premium membership. I've never considered it.

for me it has been Churchs chicken, they are usually not in the best neighborhoods , but worth it

but a new place had opened here in NC , http://www.campero.com/menu it is great
Try Campero's grilled chicken. It's like crack!

Whatever makes the client comfortable is fine with me. I don't feel the need to know ahead of time as it's irrelevant to my ability to find someone attractive or provide good service, but I also don't view it as a sign of low self-esteem or anything if someone chooses to disclose. I just figure they're doing so for some of the good reasons already mentioned in this thread.
You should provide a link to your ad and/or reviews so people know where you are located and how to meet you.
Good luck.

I'd take it carefully with the brother in law. Have you considered the possibility that he might think you deceived his sister when you married her and have been gay all along? I'm sure it's more likely that he will know your love with his sister was true and will be a good sounding board for you.
It could be an entirely different problem for you if he's always had the hots for you which he now wants to explore, but you don't share those feelings.
Just trying to say it could be a tricky conversation that could go in a direction that you don't expect.
I'm a big fan of your posts and your family so I hope I'm totally on the wrong track.

Regarding the rate of $500.00...it's for 1-2 hours. So it's not as outrageous as it seems.
Still a no for me for demanding payment in advance without quality reviews.

Basketballer, you are truly a gifted writer. But you've also got great source material. Like many others here I thank you for sharing with us. Tears freely falling.

I doubt that rentmen would post the ad without proof of age. Seems like he would satisfy any underage fantasies some might have that they would never act upon if truly underage. I'll bet he is in high demand.
Hopefully for him he will continue to look younger than his actual age throughout his life unless he wants to be a daddy someday.

Does anyone know how the legal liabilities in cases like this run? Common sense would seem to hold the landlord liable for infractions of the codes. But in so many jurisdictions the interposition of code enforcement may leave the question of who is responsible murky. Say a building is clearly in violation and the code authorities have cited it, but there is a legal challenge in process. Is there a possibility of successful criminal prosecution of the owner when the code issues are still in dispute?
Most commercial leases assign the maintenance to the Tenant especially in single occupancy buildings (only 1 tenant i.e. the person on the lease and not the sub lessee's). Oakland is known for it's run down buildings so I'd bet they will be in the line of fire.. I think the primary responsibility is with the Tenant for illegal uses of the buildings. Of course, the city and the Landlord will also be sued. The City also should bear a lot of responsibility. Most landlords are well insured for this sort of thing but have the deepest pockets beside the City and are always part of the legal action regarding liabilities.
I don't think there is much of a chance for the Landlord being found guilty of manslaughter based on what's been reported so far. It's more likely that the Tenant may be guilty of manslaughter.
It's a terrible tragedy.

Better than the usual passing gas facial expression.

I'd pay $500 for Grant Gustin who plays The Flash.

Great smile. Don't like the facial expressions of guys who look like they're trying to pass a kidney stone that many have on their profiles.

I highly recommend that before anyone does a IN call at his 'apartment' in East Oakland, do your due diligence!
Care to elaborate? I've only seen him wherever I've been staying, but I've considered going to see him.

I've seen him a few times and recommend him. He does give an excellent blow job.

>Ima Hogg was a socialite in either Houston or Dallas.
>
Ima Hogg was the daughter of Texas Governor Hogg. Many say she has a sister named Ura Hogg, but that's just an urban legend. Ima was one of the great collectors of American Furniture and Furnishings. Her collection is located in her home, Bayou Bend, which she donated to the Museum of Fine Hearts Houston. She never married.

When planning on calling someone on the phone...I'm going to ring Sam.
When phones were first introduced picking up a phone connected you with operator who you would ask to ring so-and-so's phone line.
