Yea, there's been other threads about this. Since the spas take a large portion of the fee, it makes sense to tip a big % to those masseurs, but independent ones get 100% of the fee...no need to tip 100% or whatever.

The only time I've had a massage on a bed it wasn't a massage. One tried to start out that way and then ended up being something else, the other didn't even try to do a massage, just went for a full on escort experience...without the up charge.
