Someone like you is one of my favorite songs. It's too bad they cut out "bring on the men" from her production. Like you said though the songs were written for her by her husband at the time. Mancinci died before he finished writing Victor/Victoria and Frank Wildhorn wrote a few songs for that and Linda sings "living in the shadows" on one of her CD's and I think her version is better than Julie Andrews singing it.

Next time I see her I'll have to pay attention to how she starts the show. Unfrtounately Jekyll and Hyde was before I started going to Broadway show but there are a couple videos of her performing in J&H on youtube and she seems to perform well in those. I saw Debroah Cox do it prebroadway for the revival in Chicago a few years ago and Linda has a much better voice for Lucy and I didn't think Deborah could act at all.

I really liked it. The best live musical NBC has done so far. Alice cooper was great. The entire cast was amazing.

I have my DVR set in case I'm not home in time. Jason Tam is nice eye candy. Joel Perez is in it but isn't listing in one of the leading roles which surprises me seeing how successful he is on broadway. He's also some nice eye candy even though he lost his boyish looks after he quit shaving.
