+1. If an escort has in their ad they want a deposit I don't even bother with them. If they send me a message asking for a deposit, I stop responding. Like you said there are privacy issues but the main problem is only the escort is protected and not the client. The client is screwed if the escort doesn't show up or if the escort catfishes or has a pic that is a decade old.

I'm in the same situation. I still save a lot, but don't have kids or a spouse to worry about providing for after I die and my parents are pretty well off, so don't think I'll have to worry about supporting them financially. My biggest fear with money is health care costs after I retire, hopefully we'll have a president between now and then that will get some kind of national health care system in place. I am a diabetic and only am about an hour away from Canada, so I can at least drive to Canada to get my insulin if I have to since it's only 1/10th of the cost in Canada that it is here.

Far from rich, but live comfortably. I live in Toledo, which is a very boring city, but has a low cost of living, and allows me to have more money to travel and hire. I bought a cheaper car six years ago and have no plans on getting rid of it anytime soon since I bike and walk most places and instead of investing in huge house, bought a smaller condo and have no debt Now if I lived in a place like NYC, I'd probably be living pay check to paycheck with no money to hire or travel.

My cleaning lady only charges $60 and provides her only supplies. I live in a small two bedroom/2 bath condo and she doesn't touch the smaller bedroom I use as a junk/storage room and the bathtub never gets used in the guest bathroom but it only takes her about an hour and half to two hours to clean the place. Would take me longer and my time is worth more than that.

If you are in the US and your PCP won't write the order if you go on Labcorp's site they'll still do it for an additional $10 fee but not sure what the test cost or if insurance will cover it. Anyone else watch this yesterday online, it's the sequel to Boys in the Band. I thought it was great they were doing this and Goldman Sachs was matching donations to Broadway Cares but was too weird. I'm sure it would be amazing as a live broadway show but reminded me of watching a zoom call the way they did it. Charlie Carver who played cowboy when I saw Boys in the Band on Broadway was back as one of the new characters and was great and is looking hot. Telly Leung who I think is an awful actor was also in it as one of the "younger" characters and played a 24 year old nurse LOL, the guy is more like 42 than 24.

The red cross is now giving Covid antibodies results with a blood donation. I donated Saturday and was hoping my results would come back positive but the results were negative. Anyone else donating to get the results? You can now donate blood if you are gay as long as it's been over 90 days since you've had sex with another male, and seeing I haven't hooked up since Covid started in March I was eligible to donate so I was able to help save a life as well. I don't understand that restriction anyway. Made sense in the 80's but if a gay guy is in a monogamous relationship he is a lot lower risk than a hetrosexual whose spouse is cheating on them.

I used to travel at least once a month and haven't traveled since this has started (fortunately I was in Vegas in early March the weekend before the lockdowns started). I was thinking of doing an overnight trip to columbus on July 4 weekend since it's only a 2 1/2 hour drive, but since cases are spiking here, reconsidering. If they still have pride/marketdays in Chicago Labor day weekend, I'm thinking of attending as well but will drive instead of flying. Also considering a vegas trip in October and Chicago for New Years, but a lot is going to depend on if Corona is under control and if live theater will be open back up.
