I tried to set up an appointment with him, but he can't host.. and i don't like to host for massages for the most part.

I got a massage from him once. Very handsome young guy, in-shape, smooth. Massage was ok, with interesting stretches and nice body contact.

I didn't like the massage set up. You feel like you're getting a massage on a futon bed in a college dorm room. But that might be a plus for some people ?

I'm Asian. The guys in the KSpa down here might not be into that, but they're still nice. Isn't Southeast Asian, just Asian? Vietnamese, Thai, Filipinos, etc are all considered Asian.

I'm Asian in San Diego... and for a long-time, I always felt like gay guys down here were more into "Southeast Asians" than Asians... Southeast Asians tend to be darker, and the guys down here seem to like that more. I was wondering if it was because there are so many Latins down here and Southeast Asians are more like "brown boys" (and I don't mean that in a negative way). I'm ethnically Chinese, and lighter skinned than I would like to be

I never actually voiced any of this to anyone... they were just my own private musings. And then I happened to chat with a gay Vietnamese guy, who kind of said all the same things to me... and it felt good to know that I wasn't the only one who thought that.

But overall, I haven't really felt much in the way of anti-Asian vibes from masseurs here in San Diego. It's been a while since I got a massage up in LA, but I always felt like LA was more of a mixed bag in terms of an anti-Asian vibe from a masseur. I just figure it's a gamble the first time, and if I get the vibe, then I definitely don't go back for another appointment.

i don't have any experience with any of those guys, but i vote for Dan!

I love being messaged naked, and had a fantastic masseur give me incredible experiences in the past. Now on my most recent visit he insisted I be covered, and did massaging through the sheet instead of directly on my skin. He works out of a rented room in an office building, but I only book appointments before or after regular operating hours.

 

I can attribute this to one of 3 possibilities : A. The least likely of the reasons is he is so busy with so many other clients that he doesn't remember I like no covering when messaged. B. He doesn't want to get in trouble from the law, taking no chances that I might be law enforcement undercover. C. I hate to admit it but I've been in a fitness decline over the last few months, not only growing a gut, but letting myself go hair-wise, and I'm pretty yucky looking with heavy nose, ear, and buttock hair. but if you feel like you sensed his disappointment in your changes, maybe you could try the waxing and see if you sensed anything different from him..

communication can be non verbal.. and if it is something like body hair he might not want to say that to you cuz it might be insulting or something along those lines
