Last night.   I got directly message from one our clients.   Complaints that one of our workmate requested extra tip, he has been fired already.    
 
After that.  I talked in our work group. Many senior workmate more or less notice that new generation workmate has such behavior.  
 

Sooooo. Here. I need help.    Whenever you find any of our workmates directly negotiating tip or IMPLYING TO have more tip. Such as : can you take care of me.    Please let me know.  I appreciate it !

I hired Luis, who provided a relaxing massage. His skill level was decent, not great. When I flipped over the tip negotiating began. He was relentless and aggressive about it, which completely killed the entire experience.

1. If you didn’t see pic of a name which appears at schedule, that means he doesn’t want to release pic publicly. 

2. Most senior workmate doesn’t want to release pic now.  Maybe because they have a group of their regular clients.  Most new guys pic are in gallery. some of them are quite popular in this forum at other branch like Rodrigo.   I am so glad to work with such a professional and mind clear workmate.

Arround the middle of February ,  I got some information that Luis , Alejandro and Maurica they three asked for tip inside room.  I ve talked with they three seriously.  
Did anyone have sessions with they three after middle of February and still get requested big tip ?  Please share.   Thank you very much.
