  1. And the other thing is CMS/Medicate don’t give a damn anymore...nothing to do with the patient all about how to save a few dollars...
  2. . Exactly! The confidentiality piece is tricky and people don’t have to be in a group if they don’t want to. Yeah going solo might be a good idea but around here (Minnesota) the market is saturated with occupational therapy so that would be tough.
  3. . It was an industry change, basically we were told that doing group (2-6 patients at a time) or concurrent (2 patients at a time) is a beneficial way to complete therapy and you will be reimbursed at a higher rate...now it’s not mandatory but it’s an option. But the therapy companies are now pushing for group and concurrent treatments because that is where they will make their money...so in the facility I work in it’s just not feasible day in and day out a lot of them are younger and could care less if they ever saw therapy, or they are focused on getting their drugs and alcohol. So when groups and concurrent aren’t done the reimbursement rate is lower and so we have been seeing layoffs and lots of companies have been doing lay offs to save money and so there is supposed to be another 8% cut in October I think which will probably create more layoffs. So yeah...jump ship now? Or
  4. I currently work in occupational therapy...going on 10 years and 13-14 years total in healthcare. Since October the therapy world has become, IMO, a shit show and reimbursement rates were slashed. Then, I am not sure when this is supposed to happen, but there is supposed to an additional 8% cut in therapy reimbursement! Point being not a lot of opportunity to be getting a raise anytime soon as well as rehab companies going under, potential pay cuts, which some companies have done. So, curious if anyone else works in the field and maybe considering a career change?

  6. I have met him once in NYC it was a few years ago and he looked like his pics...maybe not as cut but still looked great and had a great time
  7. Just met up with Jim, had a great time with him. Super sexy man, easy to schedule with and easy to talk to!
  8. A member since Jan 20th and has a review on the Jan 23rd...usually not a good sign
  9. That was a great article, thanks for sharing. Working in healthcare I have seen LGBT clients hide their sexual orientation for a long time and then tell me or someone after a few months of working with them. If they were living with their partner they would refer to them as their friend or roommate. On the other hand though I've seen clients that were very open and their husband or wife would visit daily. The other thing with assisted living facilities although there are some that will say they are LGBT friendly the other residents may not be so friendly...elder bullying is pretty common unfortunately.

    Dating

So I've been dating guys has picked up a lot since this last summer and I'm taking a very laid back approach, where I want to just get to know the guy. The dates have come from apps so I specify that is what I'm looking very early on...even saying I'm good with being just friends too...and most guys are all in agreement and saying they are looking for the same thing...but then we meet and that goes out the window suddenly they just wanted a hook up to there wasn't a connection and we can't meet again....is this just the dating culture now or what?
  14. hello, I thought I had seen his pictures before but the profile was just created yesterday. Reverse image search turns up nothing. States he currently is Denver. https://rentmen.eu/AnthonyNiko
  15. This guy now has a rentmen ad, I remember his pics from men4rentnow but I don't think he was Mpls based...I want to say San Francisco??? Any intel? https://rentmen.eu/Sexyhotstud
  16. anyone have recent experience with Stefano, he was one of my first hires maybe 4 years ago and he was awesome jut curious if anything has changed
  17. I also saw him a couple years ago...easy to schedule with (at that time I think he only did out calls) great massage and great extras.
  18. Same as above for me. His massage hasn't changed much since I first started seeing him although he seems really into it but then with the HE...I think I would rather finish myself
  19. When I know I can pay $85 and the guy will bottom for me $200 is on the high end.
  20. I am glad I passed. I did contact him and he quoted me 200 at first and then went down to 150 after I said that was too steep...even though that is very generous to lower his rate you can't help but think that he may put in less effort or something.
  21. Nothing comes up in searches for this gentlemen...but not sure if he has changed his name? Currently visiting Mpls. Thank you https://rentmen.eu/Jocktopforyou
  22. I don't know how you are doing your searches @Mplsgymguy but if you do a general search of your city in rentmen it shows the providers that are coming to your city given that they have put it in their ad...but if you do just a 'near me' search you just get whoever is in the city now. In my experience it seems the ones that pop up unexpectedly in a city end up being fake...not all the time of course
  23. I should elaborate a bit more. It was more about accepting everything about yourself embracing your manhood (except the gay part) so in a lot of ways I found it still very beneficial...
  24. I personally went through years of what many critics would call "gay conversion therapy" (obviously it didn't work) but not many therapists if any do true gay conversion therapy (at least in the US) where there is electrical shocks and whatever else and they force some sort of conversion or do prayer meetings to drive out demons...in my experience the orientation piece was hardly brought up (yes I was told it was still a sin) but it was more about a religious experience so to speak.
