I tried this guy recently and had an amazing and relaxing time, very good skills, nice interaction and conversation, he is the type of guy that you can talk about everything also if you are on tough situations he will provide you advices, he provided me nutritional ideas. I only hired him for 1hr but really worth it, he has been doing massage for about 9 years and it is very noticeable his experience, I really enjoyed his touch; once you jump on the table he makes you feel in a peaceful environment with his soft touch and energy (adding some relaxing music which is a plus), and I realized that his oil is very good for my skin, looks like he has improved a lot.
 
I will contact him again to become more regular, so I really recommend him!!

@Johnp it is quite incredible that not only did you have an amazingly perfect time with him, but you also joined this site on 2/19, posted only this flying-colors review, and never posted again.

I agree; most of them are from accounts with only one review, created on the same day or very close to the review date.

I think a masseur should post a baseline 60 min incall rate on his RentMasseur ad, perhaps his lowest rate should he offer multiple. A few only offer outcalls. In that case, his base hourly rate should include some nominal amount for travel, and he should make this clear in the ad copy.
Masseurs can specify in the ad that he offers different styles, hot stones, 4-hand, or whatever else and tell the client there that rates vary on factors like travel, modality, etc and prompt the client to ask more about his services for a quote. He need not be completely explicit about anything sexual to get the message across that “we need to talk about what you want” before quoting. The baseline rate signals to the client the minimum he should expect to be paying for an hour of the masseur’s time. That saves time on both sides.
That’s just me. Some clients are more comfortable asking. Many are put off by having to ask. I know I am put off when I see “Ask Me” in a masseur ad. I skip those guys entirely when I am hiring. I like someone straightforward, honest, and fair. “Ask Me” is the first clue that they aren’t what I am looking for. A baseline rate is essential for giving the client some sense of whether he should even bother spending his time engaging the masseur with questions.
Also, if you have “Ask Me” and no other rate info in your ad, you can’t complain about “time wasters” asking too many questions about your rates and your services. You either be upfront in your ad, or be prepared to patiently answer all of your prospective clients’ many questions in a prompt, professional manner. 

I forgot to mention this in my previous comment above and I didn’t think of it until @Simon Suracipost. The reason he charges a higher rate is because he rents an AirBnB for incalls and the fee helps off set the rental. He try’s to group the sessions on a particular day when he rents the space. 

This guy has been around for a long time in multiple cities with bad feedback.  That said, there are all kinds of new advertisers in NYC, probably attracted by new inflated market rates, who are abysmal. Shockingly so.

Said this before and I will say it again...if your listed price is "ask," I will be asking another masseur. Nothing screams "up charging" based on client preference over charging for the work you actually provide like not having a listed price for service. And yes I know I can search the reviews for clues but no thanks. 
Rent Masseur has become much griftier in the last couple of years. If you are a masseur you should have a published base rate
 

Someone has suggested to me that fucking back feels good and might discourage these scammers in the long run, especially given that RM & MF are on their side and there are no good remedies otherwise.
If you have been wronged and have another number, you can schedule an appointment and then tell him what you think about him or send him the review that he (would have) deleted instead of showing up.
I have several scammers who wasted my time and money on my shit list, but I am yet to pull that trigger. Maybe if I see them visiting central FL. Thoughts?
BTW, these asses are not ruining it just for the clients, they are also taking business away from good & honest masseurs.

Looks like his rate is back to $180, which is acceptable in my book. When he was down in FL several months ago it was $200, so I skipped as a matter of principle. Yes, I'll tip generously, but the base rate has to be sensible and anchored in the fact that I can still get professional therapeutic massage for $100-120.

Reading post on this site about getting ghosted, showing up for an appointment and provider is a no show.  I though in the many years I have been getting massages from the various websites, that "never happened to me" .  Well until LatinSergio, made an appointment day before made the 30 minute drive in the afternoon and nothing, no answers to my text,  no answer to the door.  Waited 15 minutes and gone.  He text me 40 minutes later with, I slept in sorry please try again, give you extra time blah blah blah.  He seemed sincere so made another appointment for a 2 day later.  Didn't leave till he answered my text an hour before appointment.  After 20 minutes he text "not today busy".  So proceed at you own risk.

For just massage, I agree. That’s crazy, no matter how skilled or amazing he is at massage. From the comments here so far, it sounds like the massage skill level leaves something to be desired. 
For full service massage, escort service, or combo massage/escort service, $300 for an hour is not unreasonable at all. That’s what I charge and my clients pay it without hesitation. Of course I charge half that for my regular massage services. Reading @Ocposterboy‘s and @tennisjock’s comments give me doubts that anything to the level of escort service is on offer.
Ghosting upon arrival is not ok. @DiscreetInSoCal and @aeikaryokothanks for posting a warning of such unprofessional behavior for others to steer clear.
Remember guys, think with your big head. It’s all too easy to get carried away with an image online of a hot guy and lose yourself in the fantasy, only to be disappointed with the reality in person. Good looks only go so far. 
 

Masseurfinder allows one to hide their ad when they are not taking calls. It’s a good idea for both parties. Client is not wasting time trying to get an unavailable appointment and masseur is not responding to multiple inquiries that he is not available. Ivan only shows his ad when he is taking appointments. 

Insanely hot, saw him several years ago. Two times because we clicked. Sweet dude, we had a nude session with MT, but he limited it due to being ticklish around one specific area (please don't email me asking, I won't give any more details). The massage was ok from what I remember, maybe not excellent, but at least a B. I'd see him again when in NY if he still does nude with MT. One of those Eastern Europeans that are really sweet, you just need to be tactful and sensitive to the signals they send you IMHO.

He was very warm and friendly. I felt he was masc and curious. Very fit, nice firm butt. Interactive in mutual touch and a good massage. HE provided. He’s a talker and I was okay with that. Discussed getting massages from others and visiting spas during and after the massage. For me I believe he was way over priced for the experience. I’ve had better massages and more interaction from other masseurs for way less. I have not repeated based on price. 

Met up with him Halloween weekend. He is def HOT like his photos and actually very nice. However, he is not 5'10". More like 5'8". I really wanted just a massage but he didn't want to do that as it was super late. So I decided to go the escort route which I don't normally do. It was fast and mechanical. I wanted more kissing and touching but he just wanted to do the deed and move on.  Maybe if he had been into me it could have been more fun but he wasn't.  I would not repeat.
