Only reason it’s going up is because people are willing to pay it. Simple laws of price.... if people quit paying it they would go down. I doubt that will happen though... I’m sure people said the same thing 10-12 years ago when prices started going into the $100 range. I still miss those days back in early mid 2000’s of negotiating down from 80 to $60 or so..... rarely did I ever pay $100...

Avoid #1. The only reason I gave him a try is that his location is good for me. Very unprofessional. Scheduling was a nightmare. Once I finally got to his place I wanted to leave.
