Outdated is worse because there is an intention to deceive. I hired a guy who used pics so old I didn't think I had the right person. While he was beautiful back then, time hadn't been so kind to him and he said that he used the pic as a lure to get new clients. I was a little upset and told him the next guy may not be as forgiving. I think something must have happened because a few months later he posted pics of what he looks like currently. A guy without pics on the other hand has to work much harder to convince you he's worth the chance. No pics is already a strike, but if he has a hell of a personality and is honest about his description he will win me over enough to give him a chance.

I used to spend way more, then life threw a curve ball and now I have car payment. Now I try to budget for something more in line with massages with a perk.
