I just had a discussion with a friend over this when I told him that I liked muscular older guys and daddies (and yes, I had maturedmuscle stay with me during the PS event in April so you can guess my type). He brought up something interesting. He pointed out that muscle and strength are associated with youth and vitality which is usually associated with younger guys, so if I like only like older muscle bears/bodybuilders/muscle daddies like maturedmuscle and not all body types of old/older men such as fat, skinny, wrinkled, or obese, then I can't really say I like old men. He says then technically, I only like old men who have youthful qualities. I disagreed on that, telling him that I usually only hired men around my age or older (so 40s or above) because I can find more subjects to talk and discuss over, and old guys can have muscle and bodybuilding is not solely a "young gay" sport. But that got me thinking if he has a point because then if I only like muscle daddies and not all types of old guys, would that technically be an aversion?

I know there was one post in another thread, but I've recently been getting into role-playing table top games like Dungeons and Dragons (on Saturday we played a five hour session at a friend's house over homemade peanut butter brownies and pizza and I loved it). The thing that I learned is that there are multiple genres of roleplaying games that are not just Dungeons and Dragons (I played Mighty Morphin Power Rangers as the Black Ranger and Marvel Multiverse where I played Iron Fist) like Vampire the Masquerade, Call of Cthulhu, Transformers, Lord of the Rings, and even G.I. Joe and My Little Pony. And believe it or not, all ages and genders are getting into it at the comic book shop I visit for sessions; I can't tell you how many kids, teenagers, and even Moms and Dads play with their kids (we had one five year old that impressed the DM with his unique ways of solving a problem; the DM actually said "I would have never thought of that"). It's fun to not only be on a quest with others but think of versatile and unconventional ways to get goals done and fight enemies (the DM basically rewards you if you think of a solution that surprises even them). Also, you plan your history and motivations of your characters and it makes the experience so much richer, getting lost in a character and realizing your role is a part of a grand saga. Plus, there are sites like Hero Forge that you can design your characters and they can 3-D print them and color them to your exact specifications so you can play with them during the sessions. Me and maturedmuscle/Steve had a wonderful time (PM me if you want to know more), but I'm actually tired and glad it's over (there were a few setbacks on my trip), and as always, it's the people we met that made the biggest difference and joy. Making friends and meeting new people is the highlight of the trip, and I can't thank @Oliver @azdr0710 @sam.fitzpatrick and @David-SF enough for their kindness, attention to detail, gregariousness, and all in all making this year a wonderful success.

I'm sorry but his friends actually tried to justify the theft? If someone doesn't want their picture taken, the first thought that pops up in my mind isn't to steal the other person's camera. If one of my friends ran a car off the road and then shot the driver in the head just because the driver cut him off on the freeway, I'm not going to come to my friend's defense. I have a question for Palm Springs gyms. I have a membership with 24Hour Fitness, but there's no 24Hour Fitness gym in Palm Springs. I may have to get a guest pass at one of the local gyms in Palm Springs to work out/lift weights (my guest might be a member at Gold's or Anytime but I'll check with him). Does anyone have a recommendation on which gyms to workout in downtown Palm Springs (or are close by) that offer good rates for a guest pass for 4-5 days? Thank you.

I met a friend for lunch and a beer or two at a food court, and now I'm cooking spaghetti while surfing on my computer. Will watch a movie afterwards. I'm actually a little nervous; I'll be picking up someone from LAX on Thursday, April 11th because it's the only airport that offered a direct flight from the East Cost. Make a cup of coffee with cream and syrup. Ever since the pandemic, I realized how much money I was saving by not going to Starbucks or some coffee shop and making coffee at home (drip coffee by manual pouring over the grinds mixed with cinnamon - no coffee maker since the water never gets hot enough).
