Hope you have better luck than I did. He's flaked on me twice. I would suggest an evening hire as he seems to not have an alarm clock and "oversleeps" (I tend to hire late morning/lunch hour). -

Posts are listed chronologically so when someone adds a response with "bump", it brings the thread back up to the top of the Forum (hence adding fresh eyes to it) and thus possibly getting someone who hadn't seen it earlier to respond. When you click on someones profile, there's an option to "Start conversation". That is just between the two of you, ie: a private message.

I lived in Santa Fe for four years in the early 90's. I enjoyed my time there but it was a little slow for me at the time. Now, almost thirty years later, I'm looking at it again as a place to live.
