I spoke to him on the phone and he seemed confused when I asked, please, to talk to "Ethan", which he then said wasn't his actual name. An odd way to start a conversation with a client LOL!

That's exactly what he is doing. Trust me, I know the entire situation full well, and he has NOT left the ad running. It's a new ad in fact.  Please don't question my integrity when I am trying to alert others to this breach in integrity -- that doesn't help the cause. The guy knows exactly what he's doing and wants the dosh at all costs.

Another new London low:  a provider told me late yesterday that he had just tested positive for COVID and then four hours later was back advertising as if nothing had happened ..... astonishing.  Caveat emptor indeed!!

Ok, here's the latest absurdity from the ongoing surrealism of the London escort scene.  I responded to a newbie on rentmen who uses a full name in his ad, but when I called him he didn't pick up, which is fair enough. What's VERY odd, though, is that when he later called me back, he identified himself using some other name besides the one in his ad, so of course I had no idea it was he, especially since his number didn't come up on the phone. You'd think if you were going to use a fake name that you would at least stick with it when phoning a potential client back, but evidently not.

Needless to say he won't be hearing from me ever again. 

Here's a new one in the buyer beware category, which never ceases to amaze me in London. I was chatting to one provider the other night who said that if I wanted to book him, I had to, ahem, BUY HIS VIDEOS in advance so I could see what he was offering. I replied that once we met, I would see that for myself. He insisted on this procedure and so that, as they say, was that. I can't imagine anyone actually acceding to his demands but perhaps some people do?  Good luck to them if so.

Here's a new one: I was talking to a masseur-escort in north London tonight who has different names on different sites but it also seems that he lies about where he is AND then doesn't give accurate instructions as to where he DOES live, and when I called him out on it, he got cross with me, which sealed the deal as to his borderline pathology.  Just to reiterate as we all know: be careful -- there are a lot of nutters out there. Suffice it to say that I told him he might as well advertise himself as based in Paris given that you could argue, I suppose, that Paris is "near to London" - which seems to be his prevailing rationale. 

He's arrived back in London if anyone has any recent intel? Not sure how he got here given current travel restrictions !
