  1. That’s one thing that really annoys me—chatter and an endless stream of questions when I am trying to relax. I’m all about being friendly, but as a paying customer, I don’t want to feel like I’m paying them for me to entertain them or keep the session interesting for them. I had one guy who did the following: chatted, texted, vaped, asked personal questions, complained about his partner (fornthe 4 handed massage) and complained about how hot the room was. And here was a dude who was charging waaaay too much money even if was totally silent. That was a never again for me.
  2. Too bad...he’s a cutie
  3. I’ve been curious about him as well...
  4. Very weird experience. No. Avoid .
  5. @good ol boy so sorry about that. It’s irritating when you don’t get what you thought you were paying for.
  6. Hey! Traveling to a Denver in a couple of weeks. Anyone have a recommendation for a masseur with whom you’ve had a good experience?
  7. Manny was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had on just about every level. Will never go back.
  8. He was just in my city and thanks to the forum I avoided. But the price is so high even for a good massage and twice that what most people charge around here for the works. I wouldn’t have gone on price alone. But I’ll give it to you that he is beautiful.
  9. Huge Brad fan here.
  10. I agree about Brad. He would have been my choice. Yes
  11. I may need to dust off the jet and fly out to LA. What a beautiful guy...whew. Is it me or is it warm all of a sudden?
  12. Massage quality?
  13. Who knows what he is thinking. If he wasn’t drunk when he wrote that he should have been.
  14. In my experience, the best masseurs also have good business sense. They know the value of missed opportunities if they don’t keep up with requests. So, if someone doesn’t text me back, then I move on. Usually, good masseurs (and not just someone looking for a quick buck, both figuratively and literally) will text back even if they are out of town. My really good go-to guys always tell me if they are not available and post the same on their site.
  15. +1
  16. He’s very good. Give him a try!
  17. I get that traveling masseurs like to let their regulars know when they are in town. But mass texts to clients can be invasive and particularly problematic if others have access to your texts. Discretion is important and a sign of professionalism. There are ways masseurs and regular clients can work out a mutually satisfactory way to communicate discretely.
  18. Agree with those who advocate communicating up front what you want and what your boundaries are. While unfortunate (or perhaps fortunate for some), there is “gaming” and risk in all of this. Some masseurs want clients to play with, some clients want masseurs to play with, sometimes needs and deliveries align and everybody is happy. Sometimes not... and everything in between. I’ve had stuff happen to me like what happened to you although very rarely. For me it was not enjoyable, felt horrible, and I just left. So lesson learned. Don’t repeat. Just be sure you know what you want, your boundaries, and stick to it as best as you can (and I get that sometimes you just go with it even though...)
  19. Thanks @Madmen622. That’s too bad although I figured that was the case. I hate upselling and I wish there was a way to get the message out how obnoxious it is and how much business some guys loose because they do it. Also tte “no massage skills”...
  20. Welp...just returned from a session with Danny. Now I know what all the fuss is about. Woah Dang. This guy has skills. As others have said, if it weren’t for this thread I would have likely have never known about him.
  21. Any 411 on this Alex? There is probably a thread on him but I can’t find it. https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/35522/
  22. He doesn’t look like Brad Pitt in person ...but he is a cutie for sure and very sweet. I’ve always gotten a great experience from him.
  23. Massages are too expensive to not get what you need or to be misled or to just have a plain old bad experience with a no-talent dude who uses you for some quick cash. Nope. Not going there.
  24. He is great, one of my go to guys in NYC.
  25. Is slim pickins out here....
