FWIW, flirting with misguided concern here IMO. I think it's debatable whether a guy having (protected? or even pulling out?) vaginal sex with "multiple" women--never mind the likely IG braggadocio/overstatement there--is riskier than giving oral to any male escort who perhaps has his dick in the throat/at the back of the mouth of a lot of (bodybuilder enthusiast) clients who hire (and perhaps do so at a frequency that could also be described as "multiple"). Why not get in touch with Dylan/Sam and ask him directly for his IG and see what he says?
