Re "supply and demand on his side": Def a prob IMO with some of the Super Popular providers. And pride is a good point/an issue. One is arguably empowering that kinda problematic behavior if you continue pursuing a booking with an escort who does you like that. FWIW if an emergency arose such that I had to cancel last minute on a (prospective) client like that, I'd proactively try to remedy it by offering an alternate time to 100% meet for perhaps a longer session for the same rate.
