I’ll echo @Bluefin’s comment: he’s sweet and cute and the massage was a B+, but my god does he talk. I was trying to give him cues that I wanted the conversation to end (pretending I didn’t hear him, or taking a while to answer), but they were not picked up. I could recite his life story, but I’m sure you’ll get it when you meet him.
Depending on what you’re planning on doing afterward, you may want to ask if they have a shower you can use when you’re done. And depending on your sensitivity to these kinds of things, you may want to ask if they use oil or lotion. (I like oil during a massage but it’s a pain to get off.)
I also confirm how they take payment. I like using Venmo, and rarely have cash on me anymore these days.

Was (may still be) at Aura Spa part time, but just started to see clients at his home. Therapeutic, a true sweetheart, easy on the eyes, and easily one of the top five massages I've ever had. Affordable too. Highly recommend.
Thanks for the clarification. The “I like to watch dancers and go go boys” had me confused. (And Adonis you may know is a roving strip club in various cities.)
I texted him and got a bad vibe. His responses were erratic. When he asked what kind of massage I was looking for and I said therapeutic/sensual combo. He responded by saying he doesn’t do therapeutic massage and if I wanted to see someone with a license I should look elsewhere. Felt sort of needlessly intense and hostile, so I moved on.
It's amazing how easy it is to spot a personality disorder on a message board. @MikeSinz I think you're hot; I'll be reaching out when I'm next in So Florida!
Agreed about commercials! My recommendation is that you identify a playlist on Spotify that you know you like and ask them to play that. I can't imagine anyone minding. (I have seen a masseur or two who seem to choreograph their massage to the music, but they are the exception.)
I've never hired an escort before, so this may be a dumb question: why not just get on the phone instead of doing it by text? With masseurs I'm comfortable with texts because I don't care (that much) about chemistry and the price point isn't that high. if I were spending $250+ for someone I was going to have sex with, I'd want to hear their voice and be able to hear how they answer questions, if only briefly. And that way, there is no paper trail... Am I missing something?
I'd recommend asking this in the spa, which focuses on massage. For me, I like rentmasseur, then masseurfinder, then A4A, though each has its plusses and minuses. The benefit of rentmasseur is you can be really clear about what you offer.
I am almost certain those Hunters are two different people.

Too bad -- I think he's rather hot.
