I wouldn’t hire neither - “Tony Perez” contacted me almost immediately when I just happened to look at his ad on RM. He wanted to meet the same day and when I asked where in Miami he’s at - he literally lives in my neighborhood. Something felt off about him so I asked if we can meet in person ahead of time since he lives so close to me - he declined. He then stopped all contact and disappeared. Good question but I feel same sex hand holding in public is just too risky these days especially with the rise of hate crimes going on. If it was in a very gay friendly neighborhood I might take the risk.

It depends where you stay, anywhere near the beach will be expensive. Sometimes you might get lower hotel rates in August but I’ve noticed even that is disappearing.

The 1st guy I ever hired was off CL years ago. I met him at his hotel (#1 warning sign it was one of those hourly run down motels) I should have taken off but gave him a chance. He opened the door and he was just like pic, a really beautiful guy, movie star looks, and actually was nice. I stopped in bathroom and there was a pile of drug paraphernalia. He saw me looking at it and said with almost some shame he’s into partying. I saw his behavior become irratic so to prevent any violence of any sort - I gave him 1/2 the money and I bolted. I left rather frazzled. Next day he texted apologizing but said he’s willing to see me for the same amount I left the day before. I said no so he kept reducing it - definitely desperate for drug money now. Fast forward - he disappeared. Months later I found out through someone who was actually an acquaintance of his - he OD’d. Died at 26 years old. This experience alone makes me avoid the PnP crowd entirely.

Ditto to all the above. Even though I haven’t hired a lot- in my mind I treat each new encounter as a first date. We are both strangers after all and we both are trying to make good impressions. Be polite, respectful, friendly and be clean (and douched ) Another thing I notice beforehand, is how someone texts. I notice the style of how the provider writes. For example, if all the provider writes are one worded texts to every question (ie “yea, na, nope, IDK, K “etc) it’s an automatic no go.

I happen to know a real life MMA fighter and that guy is moody AF, very temperamental, does roids. Ok I’m guilty of over generalization

Oh boy my type 100% - luckily hes in CA and I’m in FL. The MMA fighter thing is a little scary though.
