Coming from someone who's had clients buy him gifts, it's really just smarter to get him a gift card (or a cash tip).
 
Unless you're buying the clothing for yourself to see him wear, it's easier on the guy to let him do his own shopping without you having to wonder if what you bought him is really something he'd like.
 
I've gotten some seriously expensive gifts that end up on a closet shelf or in a lockbox.
 
The thought is always appreciated, but unless you know someone very, very well, buying them personal items is tough.

One of my local ATM’s dispenses 100’s on request in addition to 20’s and 50’s. Very convenient.

Real life?.....99% credit cards.
 
Escorts?.....100% cash.

Escorting or massages are the main reason why I go to ATMs these days. ? In my day to day life, I use my debit/credit cards for 99% of my purchases. However, for transactions that require a little more "discretion," cash is the only way to go. I don't want to share my personal info, real name, etc. with my provider and I don't want to take the chance that my SO might see the charge. As it is, I am at least slightly nervous that someone will look at my ID while I'm using the bathroom and my wallet is available in my pants on the chair. I assume that many providers would rather avoid the fees associated with cards too.

Cash. All the time.

@Cooper is doing the best he can, but he lives in New York. I personally don't see it as his responsibility to take on Daddy's issues. He has already spent tons of time on this, both posting here and in contact with the hospital. Don't forget, he is the one who was able to get the police to do a welfare check on Daddy. He is also managing the site, at least as I understand it.
So, my suggestion, is not to put any additional duties on Cooper that he does not voluntarily take on himself.
