I walked by this place yesterday and saw they were open. Seems weird to me that nobody here ever mentions them, though? Anyone been recently?

Is it possible to search within a thread? I see the option to search in a topic, but that seems way too broad unless I’m missing something. Some threads have years of content and I want to find specific mentions of things within them.

I saw him about a year ago and didn’t find him to be cocky or rude. I think he just has a dry sense of humor, which some people might misinterpret? The massage was good and he’s really sexy.

I guess at regular spas, unless it’s a really popular place, people often expect someone to be available pretty quickly? And for cheaper places you don’t really book very far in advance because the availability of the staff changes. So maybe people are applying that same mentality to booking with you, expecting you to always be on-duty? Do you have your hours posted in your listing? Some masseurs only work within set blocks of time. Would that help? Also wonder if you would have an issue with this if you prioritized incall over outcall (maybe outcall isn’t your thing if it leads to last-minute bookings and the hassles of last-minute travel?).

FYI Adrian is very light-skinned. Didn’t see him for very long without his mask but he could be white or Latino. When I read Caribbean previously I was picturing a black guy.

I think it depends on the masseur and how you guys connect. Repeat visits help, see if things ever escalate. One time I got rimmed and fucked by a masseur that got so-so reviews here, on my first visit, so anything can happen (anything consensual… he made sure I was OK as things progressed). This was at a different spa, though.

Can you set the navigation to not collapse into a hamburger icon for vertical iPad users? There’s plenty of space to display the stuff on the right but your template hides all the icons so if a new notification or message comes in, I don’t see it.

I went to Alpha the other day. Nice, clean place. Everything seemed brand new. My masseur was kind of so-so. Cute guy, seemed nice and polite, but massage was really slow and light (even though he said it would go from light to medium to hard, it went from really really light to really light to light). I don’t want to name him publicly, cause he did seem like he was trying, but just didn’t seem trained well enough.

Ha, I was actually thinking the lack of privacy was a bonus and was planning on going soon. Would sound hot to hear other people next to me.

That’s the thing, I feel like anything above $60/$65 for an hour at a spa gets too close to the price of a private masseur when you factor in tip. The spas are more of a gamble since there’s less info on the masseurs, so it helps if the price is a bit lower.

The prices are much better. I’d give them a shot if I had more info on the guys that are there.

I saw him a little while ago and his massage was decent, but had some hygiene issues. He looked like he had just woken up and feet smelled like they were in smelly sneakers all day. Any time he massaged by my head I could smell his feet and it was an instant turn-off.

Yeah, I also prefer a walk-up to a doorman building. One time saw a masseur at a doorman building and felt kind of awkward about it not knowing if the masseur was using his real name. And also just thinking the doorman must see a lot of guys going to his apartment all the time. But maybe that’s just me being a little immature about it?
