If he's providing a service, it shouldn't matter if he's attracted to your or not. It would be nice, but it should not matter. The whole point of being a "provider" is to provide satisfaction to the customer. (Unless of course if the customer violates certain rules, like being rude, etc.)

I think so. It's the same reason why telemarketers would target retirees and have their bank account shared or something similar. People who are least guarded can easily fall prey.
