If you want to lose weight, build your confidence that it is possible. Not every one wants to lose weight, the reason I ask. But my experience in losing weight is that the heart rate dropped, the blood pressure dropped, the blood sugar lowered, the knees felt better with less weight on them, and my general outlook improved. And that's with just a 40 lb. loss.

And that can be a hard lesson to learn. Speaking for myself, I discounted many people who I thought were not my type. Thankfully several persisted and taught me differently. It's sad that the lines of a person's face can determine attractiveness. That's a shallow approach I used to follow.

Below this thread is a thread(s) about Kyle Hynick. How many pictures of a single individual do we need to get the idea? Other posters post photos as they come out of a rapid copy machine. We see a new photo every minute or less. Is that really necessary? Just my thoughts.
