It is not ridiculous. I suppose folks said the same things about tobacco documentaries. Smoking tobacco (which by the way is laden with added sugar) even in moderation is harmful. Here is an interesting article... Eating Toward Immortality https://getpocket.com/explore/item/eating-toward-immortality-1597909330

You are absolutely correct in your observation. In fact, there is a documentary on called "Super Size Me" that speaks to the bigger-is-better society. It is astounding to see the psychological and physiological changes that the guy that makes the documentary goes through as he eats "super size" fast food for 30 days. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j1NnrXknRNg

Unfortunately, I agree. Think about it... All the ads on TV for fast food and DIABETES medicine... What a cozy relationship... It's up to us to choose what we put in our mouth... Wink, wink... Nod, nod...

All the more reason to stay away from processed foods and eat whole foods.

Naked is owned by PepsiCo (named Brad's Drink Company in some alternate universe) and it's all right there on their website. All of Naked's most popular flavors — the ones you'll find lining the enormous coolers of stores like Costco — have an incredibly high amount of sugar. Yes, Naked his super high in sugar! The problem is that it is processed food. You are better off eating the apple. Processing concentrates sugar and takes out fiber.

I totally agree. It is the added sugars that are in so much of our food. High Fructose is seriously bad.

Recently, I've been watching lots of documentaries on Amazon Prime about the food we are consuming. Frankly, we are killing ourselves with the processed food we are consuming. Just look around at the epidemic of obesity, diabetes, heart disease. Anyone else come to a realization that each of us needs to change our dietary habits?

No longevity in mine.... Both parents died in their 70's. Interesting research being done on DNA and how to "slow" the aging process. Diet, exercise and mindfulness (compassion, empathy, etc.) are the key to keeping the genes happy. https://endpoints.elysiumhealth.com/three-scientists-who-changed-our-understanding-of-dna-6833c1a057a0

OMG... That is a ton of medication. I have recently switched to a whole foods plant based diet. Some great documentaries (fact based science) on Amazon Prime on how processed food is killing us. There are documented cases where changing diet will dramatically improve health. http://a.co/d/2txPkIf

Well at least it has buttons! I remember when there was a "dial" on the phone before "Touch Tone" phones. Touch Tone uses DTMF frequency modulation.... Bell Labs invented many, many things we have today. Including transistor....

How about "dial tone"? Anyone "dial" a phone any longer?
