To be clear, a "red flag" is a warning not a stop sign. If a provider has no reviews anywhere, proceed with caution--but if he has no track record + one bad review (from the hidden comment, it appears that one reviewer wrote up the same bad experience twice) out of two on RM, and we don't know much about the one positive review (the hidden comment: "Gorgeous"), I suggest that a red flag warning is appropriate.
