well if i remember an interview and expose that i watched a few years ago, the authorities tend to turn a blind eye to foreigners provided 1. you are discrete 2. you do not mess with the locals. hook up with other foreigners but don't touch the locals.. unless they are super rich and have authority which in that case nothing more needs to be said. -

I would avoid like the plague. He has different names.. but most note worthy is that he was in the news for trying to extort some high stakes poker player.. im surprised hes not in prison.. so who knows what plea deal or what not he made..
