PrEP etc is widely available through most socialised healthcare systems in Europe. The other consideration for people with that kind of money to throw around is that he’s not particularly discreet. I met him three times in total when he was still affordable, and the final time was after he’d been away for a bit and I asked him what he’d been up to.
