  1. For me, if it’s in advance it’s via PayPal. And I assure you I’d have zero issue contesting the payment with PayPay. I may not use the terms top and bottom. But, time and companionship, absolutely. Give cash I only do in an envelope for after performance.

  2. @orville I totally understand your trepidation. I’m never sure what’s expected, what’s flirting, and what’s “Opps, I didn’t mean to touch that.” That is why I use escorts and not masseurs. No confusion. What I would do, and I’m probably too late for today, is wear a jock strap. I’d take off my pants and keep the jock on and draped. And remember, pain/soreness can move and extend. There is nothing to say that your back pain is moving to the lower back. That might help prove things. Good luck and beyond anything relax and enjoy. Isn’t that the point to getting a massage?

  3. Sometime next year the exclusivity period of the one generic form of Truvada will expire, and at that point the price should plummet.

I thought that was supposed to initially happen on September 30th.?.

  4. I tried searching for Truvada and Descovy under alldaychemist.com but nothing came up. Do you know if it goes under a different name? There are several under "Men's Health" but they seem to deal with erectile dysfunction and I don't need that thank god.

It was very unfortunate because I did have a rebate card through Gilead. However I went on Medicare very recently and for some reason either Gilead or my supplemental insurance would not cover it. I don't know which one it was. And the price per pill was just prohibitive to keep taking it. However if I could get some at a lower price from somewhere I probably would follow Daverwr's regimen (right above) as I do not see that many people.

Tenvofovir is the actual name of the drug. It is marketed under the name Truvada. I’m not sure how the naming works. But I know that’s the same thing. I would confirm with your doctor.

None of the drug companies provide their discount programs to patients on Medicare Part D. I’ve tried to join several of their programs and all say “No” to Part D. And Truvada is at the very top tier of the co-payments. For me on Medicare Part D, Truvada Co-pay is $400+ before I pass the catastrophic level (roughly $6000). Then it goes down to $95. It’s just the way Part D works. My plan is to get a 90 day supply in December. And have less sex! (Think about it - $400 for Truvada + $300 for a provider. That’s just too expensive to scratch an itch.)

  5. @menaughty I’m sure you’ll be Very happy with your decision. I’ve been on and off Truvada for a few years now. I stop (and save money) when I know I won’t be having sex for a while. Since most of my sex is hired, I know when I’m getting a hankering. My doctor says 3 days before sex is fine to start up the Truvada, but I prefer a few weeks. I actually bareback with it. I realize that’s no protection for STD’s. And, yes, I’ve been bitten once. But the risk is worth it to me. Just listen to your doctor and keep in contact with him/her.

  6. Thanks all for your kind words. The shoot was totally amazing. I had never done one before. Great chemistry with the photographer - he seemed to really be enjoying himself. We did 500 shots in about three hours. I was exhausted. At the the end, I said, "So this must be what modeling is like." He said "exactly - models earn their money."

Except models have to change clothes! (Hot back! Love to see the front.)

  7. I think that one would generally use the term DILF or daddy if one is attracted to someone old enough to be one's father. As I've confessed a few times, when I'm out with my men, strangers often mistake me for the men's father. So hopefully I'm a DILF. I sure hope "Lindoro" things so. ;)

Give us a pic and we’ll let you know. Don’t worry, I’m not one of your patients!

  8. Is the use of icons in a provider’s profile new to RM? If we are concerned about his authenticity, look at a previous thread for ‘Collegefriend’ in NY. We were concerned about his authenticity also. Both of their profiles use icons and look very similar. Just saying...

  9. There! My avatar is my real face. Get a good look cuz it’s not going to last! (I think the Charles Schultz app is more complimentary.). I’m certainly not embarrassed about using providers or this site!

How long do I have to keep my real face? I’d strongly prefer to go back to my princess portrait.

  10. It’s not a male or masculinity issue. Some people simply don’t have sensitive nipples. It’s not related to sexuality. I’m a Gold-Star gay and my nipples do nothing for me. Some guys go down on my nipples with a vengeance, while I’m simply buffing my nails. They’re just not connected to anything. And I’m as gay as it comes. Guess no one told my nips!

  11. Most of my “Who Saw Me” are guys that I’ve checked out based on the Deli thread. I usually check the ads for everyone mentioned in The Deli regardless of city. I need to be more observant on the WSM page. Beside no pics, how can you tell they are bots and who do you report them to?

  12. I always thought I was into and very attracted to DILF’s. However, now that I’m taking extra time to review the DILF categories in the Gallery, I’m discovering that I’m not all that attracted to daddies. It’s as surprising to me as it is to you! Are the guys in the Gallery VODILF’s (Very Old DILF’s) or is it just me. (Some are super hot, but I don’t think they are DILF’s.) Thoughts?
