As a provider who does overnights, I can give you some advice. I appreciate it when my client gives me half the money up front, or leaves it out on a table while we have our evening together. That kind of gesture fosters trust and goodwill. I really like it when my client has picked a dinner spot, or provides good food and drink while hosting.
