In concept it sounds simple to use the tankers, but you have to look to who owns the land - Federal or state government, or private landowners. From a simple internet search, it suggests that the Federal government fights fires on their land (National Forests, National Parks etc) and the same goes for the individual states for their land holdings. Where the grey area arises is how unpredictable fires are and their movements across land boundaries from one type of owner to another.

Unfortunately not the first nor the last of these types of companies to fail, here in US and abroad. Consumers need to do their homework on how they function and what their risk is compared to traditional brick/mortar big banks. Became familiar with Sofi (non traditional bank) years ago and they have grown to even having a football stadium named for themselves.

Similarly Ukrainian-American families wouldn’t have it with bacon or kielbasa mixed in; the kielbasa would be on the side. My family, and I still do, would make it with homemade dumplings and also add diced onions to the cabbage and butter. Most would use flat noodles.

Was about 20 years ago ,when I moved to my current home in Northern NJ, that i became aware of the concept of "Trunk or Treat" . As a child going out and Trick or Treating as a child, with my sisters, was a highlight growing up in Pennsylvania. Even with this concept, the town holds Trick or Treating from 4:30 to 8:00 pm, so the real young ones can be out (with parents) and then as the night comes its a mix of older ages, including ones that are too old for it. At least the parents let the child, if they are able to walk up steps, come up to the porch to knock. It's great to see the awe/fascination on their faces after saying "Trick or Treat" and they get candy in return. On average over the last couple of years, I get about 150 kids come thru on the night. I can't imagine my parents walking around the neighborhood as the parents do today with their children, different approaches for different times.

Similar to @Wanderoz I found him better looking than his posted pictures, same comments on the body. Had a session late last year at his Maryland location. He was very friendly and skilled; session was more a combo therapeutic/sensual massage. I'd book another session with him if our paths cross.

Once over a decade ago, went to a masseur in Greenwich Village; typical NYC apartment that was cramped. I knew what to expect since he had posted shirtless photos. but when he removed his shirt it was reality was better than pictures -- he had one of the most ripped bodies on a guy that I had been with up to that time, and vocalized something to that effect. He said thanks and under his breath he mumbled - 'yeah if you miss a meal or two a day". I absorbed the comment and thought, is he saying that to me or just commenting about himself. Didn't delve into it with him. Massage was a B+, visuals A+ and assuming there was a HE/MT but never repeated. Haven't seen his ad/pics anywhere since.

For the guys I use as fallbacks for massage, 1 guy is going on about 12 or so years; the second about 10 years, and the third guy about 7. All trained and have various techniques; one is therapeutic only.
