If I had that money to spend per month I would hire 10/15 times.

I have the feeling that guys who get lucky on SA simply keep it to themselves and avoid "naming names" to keep the good ones. They also might stop hiring and posting on here busy with their new diamonds in the Rough they discovered on that site. @MikeBiDude besides more people are likely complaint about a restaurant if they have that bad time or something went wrong.
