Not completely on subject but as a wiseman recently told me by PM when it comes to some personal "stories": There is more than one fantasist here with stories that aren't even remotely believable. Back to subject: Not all providers always have good days or have chemistry with all clients, besides some folks are just hard to please or see the glass half empty.
