Unless you are going to tell me that a bit in advance or I am actually still awake at that time and you are going to make it worth the time for a couple of hours. Then yes, I would take it. Another reason could be is that if they see that you are typing a bit weird while drunk and they sense it. They can automatically consider it as fake or a flake

I have never had that happen with a customer but I can see the point. Perhaps they are too accustomed to sleeping on their own that they can’t sleep with anyone next to them, which is understandable.

This quite an interesting topic which I have discussed with colleagues before. From our perspective, it seems to be a trend where the expectation is also for lower prices from the clientele on places such as Florida and Texas to the degree in which if you travel there, you might have to drop your rates just because majority of the market is oversaturated there and are used to the already existing lower rates. When it comes to asking for an Uber/Lyft, I view it as a form of deposit and security for the appointment. We get a lot of text of people that just fake wanting an appointment and then ghost you. I sometimes can be comprehensive and ask for what they are willing to spend. Whether, you low ball it too far, thats already on you. It is time, energy and preparation that I will spend out of my day to meet you. I do charge on the higher end but, haven’t had any complaints yet after the meeting. I do agree on this. Don’t speak for the rest of us
