Hey guys finally trying to participate more in the community versus just benefiting from all of your helpful reviews. 
 
this guy is very special. Lovely energy, a true healer. I can only speak to his Brooklyn space but I trust the manhattan one is equally as clean and private and welcoming. He will give you a discount on a 5-8 pack of massages if you become a regular. Easy to communicate and schedule with. Kind of guy you can easily imagine being buddies with too.
 
He is an expert in a special lighter touch version of massage and is often doing new trainings and expanding his skill set. If you let him know what you prefer and enjoy he’s extremely accommodating and also always great at using his instincts and expertise. He knows I like deeper touch so he has integrated his unique expertise with what I like and I’ve loved it. 
 
We don't have a ton of great options down here near Prospect Park so he is literally a treasure and we are so lucky to have him nearby. I would absolutely make the trip to Manhattan to see him if for any reason he ever closed down the Brooklyn location 
 
absolutely amazing professional, and if the chemistry and communication is right there can absolutely be sensual elements (but the focus is truly healing intuitive body work)

Had a chance to try Tan/Han (says Tan on website but he goes by Han) last week.
I’ll start with a few critical notes: the manhattan studio had a bit more of a cheap massage parlor vibe and less like a spa, and didn’t feel private at all. For example the music was playing from one central speaker for all the massage rooms and reception area, so there was no sense of sound proofing. also my biggest qualm, the massage table was covered in tissue paper and not fresh towels. Tissue paper is uncomfortable and sticks to the skin like a doctors office, feels cheap. 
 
it was 210 for a 90 minute massage and tip was requested, didn’t feel worth this price at all. Zero sensual touch. Had me face down the entire 90 minutes. I actually don’t prefer HE but sensual touch can be wonderful and it was only therapeutic. 
 
he was very warm and nice and def had some moments during the massage where there was great therapeutic work and pressure. 
 
the face cradle had a bar or something at the chin that was very uncomfortable too. 
 
He was very nice and definitely had some good technique in terms of the massage. I really wanted to like this but as I write this review I find myself realizing, "What the heck happened?" And feel I overpaid. I know some other pros with private studios or MMX who do an A+ wonderful 90 minutes for $200

great guy. Great experience. Great apartment. lol as others have mentioned he may finish a little ahead of the scheduled time but he did such a great job I didn’t care about the 10 min missing. Will be very excited to go back again. my recommendation would be book 60 instead of 90 since extending it out doesn’t seem like his strong suit. But maybe with age will come more patience 🤣

I can highly recommend Lucas. Over the past couple of years I have seen him 5 times. Always a 90 minute session. His extra bedroom is set up as his studio. DM for more info.

I saw Eli this week. Totally recommend. Trained in Thailand. Great massage.  Great guy.  Looks just like the pics, maybe better. No shortage on time. He Is on my NYC rotation going forward.

I saw him a year ago in Palm Springs.  Nice enough guy, great body, massage was decent (IIRC), but... massage was on a bed - maybe not an issue if you see him in LA, it was expensive, he always seemed to be in a position that mutual touch was impossible.  
I will not repeat.  

Mediocre massage. Good kid but I feel personality is scripted. Does not make an effort to make a connection. Lazy and mechanical extras. Will neverrrrrr repeat. Waste of money. 

I am in LA for a few weeks.  Looked at his profile on rentmasseur and he sent me a message immediately.  Seems eager, but after reading comments here, I am going to look elsewhere. Thank you for your comments!

Had a massage session with Cain recently.  incredible experience.  He energy as a person: really down to earth, friendly, with a really alluring mix of naughty.  The perfect blend.  His massage is divine. And his “extras” are worth every dollar

Sounds like he's a YRMV kinda guy.
One person gets a clothed "quasi-professional" session and the other guy got a clothing-free happy ending. 
 

I saw him as well and do very much recommend as long as you go in with the correct intentions. He is very skilled at massage and that aspect was amazing. Mine was also very sensual with a lot of fun mutual touch, he stayed clothed but I was undraped. No HE but lots of fun sensual touch throughout, and overall very handsome and a really sweet guy
