  1. Is that the femme guy with the digital mask that dances to a song from Moulin Rouge? That guy does some amazing burlesque. Won't get you horny, but he's mad talented
  2. I'll believe it when I see it. After the Chicago and Atlanta fiascos, he's proven to overpromise and underdeliver
  3. This tracks with Zurich's general ethos. It's a world financial hub where wealthy people conduct business. They want safe, clean temporary companionship, and it seems like Zurich just wants to ensure that
  4. Literally just got back from PV and it was business as usual. Maybe because it's low season, but there were fewer working men in general. Fewer masseurs on the streets, fewer strippers in the clubs and fewer people on Grindr
  5. Just visited Wet Dreamz and learned a new scam. Stripper grabs me as I walk in and asks if I want to do a private, I can fuck him. He was cute so I asked how much. He said “600 for the room and 400 for the sex” I said that 400 pesos ($20) is really cheap. He said its late and he wants to make some money at the end of the night. I said OK. When it was over, I felt generous and gave him 1,000 pesos (about $50). He said “no, $400 USD.” I reminded him of our conversation and said I can talk to the manager to straighten it out. He accepted the money and we went our separate ways. I’ve always advocated for Wet Dreamz despite its reputation here. Not any more. Avoid it. No one had ever quoted me USD for anything anywhere ever in PV. You don’t expect it, it’s an easy miss, and a younger me would be way too timid to have said anything. Be careful, guys, and please share this.
  6. I've literally been approached by female prostitutes trailed by older women (I assume pimps) at night in the area. THAT kind of prostitution is actually illegal. Prostitution is legal in Switzerland. It costs about $50 annually for a permit and it includes free sti testing. There's literally no reason to be off the books. I suspect the claims are overblown, and this person might be fear-mongering
  7. That's on the dancer, unfortunately. I've had dancers hold off on privates because they'll tell me they're about to perform. They'll do their rounds with the tips and then go freshen up, change and even put on a little cologne. Those are the guys that I give fat tips to
  8. I always go past the 10 minute mark at Wet Dreams and 69. There will be a knock on the door. We always stay over. Nothing else happens after that. I don't know if the doorman charges the dancer for a second round or he's more-or-less just acting like a timer for the dancer, but I've never been asked for more money. Maybe because it's busy? I don't know. I'm unfamiliar with this buyout concept. Can you elaborate?
  9. In PVR? That's borderline criminal.
  10. I didn't say or imply that. You're accusing people of exploitation for paying a reasonable rate. Just because you are overpaying a ridiculous amount for services doesn't make everyone else criminals. If you want to flex, don't do it by accusing others of abuse.
  11. Unless you're a local and a regular, my experience has been that the bartenders genuinely don't want you there. I've never felt so unwelcome giving a bar my business.
  12. To keep things in context, the average doctor in Germany makes 50€ an hour, so maybe let's tone down the sanctimony. If you won't pay less than 200€, it's you that's being extorted, my friend.
  13. My experience with Tabasco and Pinnochio has been only seeing rough straight Turkish escorts that will rob you unless you're extremely careful. Has the situation improved?
  14. I see what you did there
  15. This makes me so sad
  16. Yeah that's bs lol. 69 definitely allows women, but they're usually well behaved and they don't come in groups. They're never more than 5% of the customers
  17. Sounds like Tropicus could be an option. Front desk really doesn't care. Late hours will have the doors locked and you need to show your key or declare your room number, and that's about it. No one is registering ID's or anything. It's literally in the middle of all the action. I'd say it is comparable to Mercurio in terms of quality. It's not a roach motel by any means. Personally I've mostly gone for nicer places that may be a little further away and will register guests, so this is the only place I know of that fits your bill
  18. Holy shit it's not just me! I've stayed there several times, and all-but one desk clerk seemed to go out of their way to be jackasses. And yes, I had the same check-in issues, despite paying for the premium suite that was unoccupied. When my room was unbearably hot, and the rest of the hotel was perfectly cool, I was told to open a window, even after explaining that I bought $200 in chocolate that was melting. The breakfast buffet attendant, who is always amazing, overheard the conversation and offered to store it for me. She said it's something they are supposed to offer, along with fans for the rooms. Sidenote: Are you talking about Predigerhof Bistro Bar? That's the bar that is halfway between Paragonya and Scheuble, and I think used to be a hustler bar. In my experience, it's still very much a hustler bar.
  19. How nice of a hotel are you looking at? You can get an apartment at Tropicus for ~$50 a night and it is literally a few steps from the strip clubs. It is literally in the center of Zona Romantica, so bring earplugs. It's great if all you're using it for is access to the strip clubs or for bringing a masseuse back to your place. But it is very much a two-star hotel and it shows. It's very safe though.
  20. Is it just me, or does the math not math? 6 songs for roughly 18 minutes is less than the 15 minute room.
  21. True, but the dancers definitely expect a "tip." And it can vary wildly depending on the dancer and the services performed. Still the cheapest LITERAL bang for your buck in North America.
  22. There is this one really good looking guy that's been there for years that I believe had a massive silicone implantation into his dick. I assumed it was a dildo too, until he showed me. It was really gross. I wish it was a dildo
  23. In Florida, a woman sued for discrimination for being denied entry into a straight strip club. Hopefully Johnson's doesn't get hit with the same problem in the future. There are workarounds for the clubs: If they want an all-men environment, they can go the route of the old Unicorn Club in Indianapolis and become a membership-only establishment. You pay for the membership on the spot (essentially a cover), they give you a card and you write down your info. It's all a silly formality, but it worked. I'd imagine with digital memberships, it could be even easier and more profitable now. If you don't want to remove an income source and want to include some women, you can legally do Happy Hours and Men's Night's in many states, like Illinois, where men don't have to pay a cover charge. They would have to charge full cover at least one day a week, and it's probably best to do it on a slow weeknight. They can also do what the old Remington's in Toronto did, and make your upper level men-only.
  24. The owners that were actually bankrolling the endeavor have deep pockets. They're still buying Berlin. Johnson's and Matt were more the operators and the brand, from what I've heard. It wasn't a money issue. Article seems to suggest talks broke down after the negative press, which is a shame
