Seeking Info Challenges
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to Dallas Jayson's topic in Questions About Hiring
Just be direct. 'I have an insane schedule, can you work with booking in advance?' While some escorts love picking things up last minute, there are many who also need to book well in advance. -
Note to Clients: Vulgarity.

Yes, but they function in two very separate ways. CL was post, wait and reply. Not realtime. Grindr goes (brilliantly) for the impulse user. That's what makes it so addictive to people. -
You're never too old to appreciate the brilliant writing of Tina Fey Edit: You just accidentally brought in @BENJAMIN into this convo. Hi Ben!

I find that some people have had their communication skills ruined by apps like Grindr. As an opening shot, they just send whatever pic they feel sexy about without thinking of consequence or how it comes across. You also have to consider that a lot of guys do this as a power play. It's like a dog pissing on a hydrant. Like you, I prefer guys who can appreciate sex AND can communicate as adults. -

Dear sir, I haven't been blond in quite awhile. I'm a natural ging. I'm currently drinking a Shamrock Shake just to prove it.

This thread is one of the more ridiculously entertaining things I've read here in awhile. Well-done guys

If AW profited off the clip, then yes, Houston, we (might) have a problem. Implicit consent all relies on where the case would tried. This is totally jurisdictional. I believe 40 of 50 states are 1-party consent states. California however is an all-party state. CA Penal Code 632 says: © For the purposes of this section, “confidential communication” means any communication carried on in circumstances as may reasonably indicate that any party to the communication desires it to be confined to the parties thereto, but excludes a communication made in a public gathering or in any legislative, judicial, executive, or administrative proceeding open to the public, or in any other circumstance in which the parties to the communication may reasonably expect that the communication may be overheard or recorded. The only real way to take an educated guess on this is to see what the courts have previously done in all-party jurisdictions. Edit: I mention CA because I thought I read somewhere that the plane was flying out of LAX. I'm sure that it happened in the air would make it even more difficult to figure things out.

This is where a true ball-busting attorney can have some fun. Discovery, especially financial, in a damages case can open a lot of doors that most people want to keep tightly shut.

US Air Flight Attendant Found Murdered in Mexico City Hotel Room
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to EZEtoGRU's topic in The Lounge
I wonder if anyone actually spent considerable amounts of time in CDMX or if this is just more parroted media scare tactic bullshit. I have spent a lot of time throughout CDMX. I don't feel unsafe. Mexico is no better or worse than a lot of what is already happening in the States every single day. Add to that the recent rash of US mass shootings and these little attempts to make Mexico look evil just seem ridiculous and hypocritical. -
Has Anyone Been To Attack In Madrid?
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to thickornotatall's topic in The Deli
I mean, look at the advertising for the event: They seem to make it clear that it's a 'hot guy only' thing. Not saying it's right, but clearly it's what happened. I'm happy you made the best of an awkward situation. -
AW was perhaps cunning enough to fuck over someone he knew couldn't fight back. It speaks volumes. All the way around, it was a distasteful situation.
-
Stop spreading such hateful rumors. I'm a horrible, horrible person and you know it
-
Being filmed and giving written permission to distribute are two very different things. If I were that fired flight attendant, I'd have sued the living shit out of AW.

I assume that's in the same realm as some TLC for the PYT? -

Do Dominicks and Osco still exist in large quantities? (Native Chicagoan here who misses his old regional chains) -
I believe this is one of many of his statements that you have to keep at arm's length.

Bottom line, go where you're a commodity, not a common good. I don't independently travel, but when I've put feelers out, I know I'd do very well in Asia, parts of the Middle East and Mexico City. Not that you have to go to the end of the world to work, but know your target clientele and market to them. You cannot sell an item if you don't specifically know who's going to buy it. Tap into your natural strengths.

Have you ever been influenced by an Influencer?
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to alrajee's topic in The Lounge
Just the mental image of this is awesome. Have Snoop also throw in a spiel about Roth IRAs and I'm sold. -
Find your seat. Turn off your phone. Clap when appropriate. Leave when the show is over.

I mean, it's the Tin Room. I don't think it's getting better before it gets worse. There was chatter a couple of years ago about Swinging Richards opening a Dallas branch, but then this happened: https://www.ajc.com/business/employment/swinging-richards-adult-nightclub-declares-chapter-bankruptcy/muy0mtwdJ7TRLbTqmbgbTP/ Dallas could use a legit, gay strip joint.
