The Berkley club is on temporary hiatus (as are all of the Steamworks baths).

Money screams. Wealth whispers.

Actually, a good personality is what makes or breaks the possibility of a guy becoming a regular for me. If we just can't click or it feels like pulling teeth, there won't be a second time.

While I've never lived there, I've spent a lot of time there and the advice you've gotten so far from this thread is spot on. I will add that, yes, gay life feels dead. While there are a lot of gay retirees in the area, it's not a place that attracts younger people and doesn't seem to want to even try. I have an odd admiration for that. It keeps things quiet and routine. Christmas in SF is when I tend to go. It's beautiful. A postcard, really. It's perhaps the only time in my adult life I still enjoy dealing with snow and the cold (having been a native Chicagoan). New Mexican snow at those elevations is light and fluffy. 10k Waves is lovely, but they've gone so 'big' over the last decade that I feel a lot of the hippy-dippy charm is gone. The last few times I've been it was uncomfortably busy. Unless you rent a private tub (go with Waterfall or Ichiban), there's nowhere left to go for peace and quiet on that property. It's why I drive up the road to Ojo Caliente. While it's changed a lot too, it's still got a bigger footprint and attracts less of a crowd.

Any feedback on Tesla Model 3 automobiles?
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to Antonio1981's topic in The Lounge
I have spent several weeks with a Model 3 and the S. I enjoyed both, but found I'm not quite ready to jump into full-e. The layout of the Tesla is easy to get used to, but I personally missed tactile buttons and switches. I don't love touchscreens and their constant need to be cleaned off. The seating was not anywhere near as comfortable as the other vehicles I have owned (however, they had 'cool' design). I can't imagine taking long trips cross-country on them. Autopilot was interesting, but there are several other carmakers who have their own autonomous driving programs. BMW's new system on iDrive 7 is every bit as good as what I experienced with Tesla. You're in a city where driving- sometimes for long periods- is a must. Added, you also drive 25k+ a year and don't have easy access to installing a charger. Do you have the ability to run an extension cord from an outdoor outlet and plug it in that way? You don't have an ideal situation and it might cause more stress than going with a gas engine until these circumstances change. If 'going green' is the issue, there are many great hybrids now on the market. -
This has always been my odd go-to lube. It's great stuff (and cheap).

Also consider there's a huge difference between a guy in attention seeking drag-like makeup and just a subtle, proper use of products to conceal, accentuate and highlight.

Ah, there it is... New name. Same old grudge ?

Shade? No way. Quite to the contrary Anyone who keeps up with my commentary here (or on my Twitter feed) knows I have huge respect for Judy Garland and Liza. Speaking of which, they just released Liza's entire 1979 New Orleans live concert on Amazon prime video. It's awesome. https://www.amazon.com/Liza-New-Orleans-Minnelli/dp/B088JTS5RH

Right you are. Which reminds me again that I was probably born in the wrong decade.
-
It funny because it's true You get a group of gay men talking about Garland, Minnelli or Streisand and eventually all hell breaks loose.

Where Does The Time Go? Airplane!-The Movie Turns 40!!
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to + Gar1eth's topic in Movies
Best movie. Cancel culture would shit if this were released today. -
One... Babs can't sing for shit anymore. She's been pulling back on belts for years. Two... This feels like an op who posts while drunk and was looking for a fight. Three... Linda Eder can still sing circles around Streisand

Non-verbal competition is a very real thing in gyms and fitness classes. It's a major reason why a lot of people, even with access to fitness apps, are having trouble staying in shape during these lockdowns. There's just something missing when you're looking at a screen and not around other people also working out. That said, I'm hard on myself when working out. If I don't leave the gym (or class) looking like I just went for a clothed swim, I don't consider it a successful day.

Gracias. Much appreciated ?

Of course I appreciate you sharing that info.

I appreciate you're not out to troll this board. Context... We don't know you personally: We only know what you present us. That is the only context on a message board. Your original post mentioned a guy you 'discarted' (sic) which stuck me as an incredibly cold- and douchey- way to describe an interaction with an escort. As I said before, use your words wisely if you want quality information from the minds here.
-
It would be easier to get the help you asked for if your original post didn't come across as judgemental and a little douchey. Think about the end goal before you post. We are all human beings here.

Vegas's real estate scene hasn't fully recovered from the last downturn. Prices are VERY low, McMansions included. The real problem is that it's going to be a long while before property there is truly worth anything.

Quite frankly, random guys on Grindr are probably more problematic than escorts. The working pros I know keep themselves fit, healthy and test regularly. I can't say the same for Grindr trade.

I honestly believe you just turned down an intro session to Scientology. Well done sir.

Revisiting. Just spent a weekend with a guy who's solely into edging-milking sessions. When someone expertly gets you right to the brink, reads your signs and then eases off, it's really fucking sexy. It also helped that my arms were bound so I couldn't do much but be a willing passenger. 3.5 hours of edge-play on Sunday produced an insane pop shot, but I was also close to hitting that blue-balls stage. It's a delicate balance ?
