They need to feel comfortable and relaxed enough to be able to get hard and have a release, putting them on the spot and making them feel pressured is hardly the way to go about getting what they want. Treat them with patience and respect.  I believe it's mostly how you treat them that determines what type of experience you'll have. 

I just finished an overnight with iammagicwayne. Being fully transparent here, he is one of few providers I'm willing to spend $2,000 on. 
The first time I met him we went to a very nice dinner, he was very friendly and easy to get along with. His boyfriend skills inside and outside of the bedroom are a step above the rest. He really made me feel desired and appreciated. Definitely the real deal. The screening process is important to him, he won't meet just anyone. I'm an older biz professional, nothing special about me. What put me at ease was how he treated me like a person, not just a "client". When I was with him I really felt valued. I learned how to be a better conversationalist and a better kisser thanks to him. 
An interesting fact about him is that he was an Abercrombie model for several years, when he showed me his pictures in different magazines and promo albums I was stunned, although not surprised. That "All American" look definitely describes him.
Some of what I enjoy most about him is his genuine interest in me. He listens attentively, makes me feel good about myself. All of his energy goes to me when we're together,  he's not watching the clock or on his phone. I get his full attention. 
 
When I contact any provider I give a brief description of myself and give them plenty of time to respond. The high end service providers require more consideration than the fly by night ones. 
 
All i could say about Wayne is that I wish I could see him more. My schedule being so busy, time just doesn't permit it. Nevertheless, he is so worth it.

He comes off a little aggressive but that's just his dominant personality. He is a great provider and my favorite one when I can meet him in Houston. If you want the total DOM experience he is a top choice. Never let down.

He is definitely an alpha in every sense of the word. His hair is shorter now and looks much better. If you are seriously looking to hire he will not disappoint. He always smells good and his personality is as good as his tool.

I hired IamMagicWayne 2 days ago and it was because of him I've decided to look into hiring again. I've just had so many bad or mediocre meetings previously that I didn't hire for 10 years +. I took a chance with him and he encouraged me to get back out there and see what life has to offer.
