I rarely check listings outside the Detroit area, but if I see someone I'm really interested in, I'll text asking if they have any plans to come to Detroit. I don't do that a lot. Otherwise, if their ad says they're going to be here, I'll text that I'm interested in meeting when they make it.

This premiered on FX last night. Too early to tell if it'll match some of the other seasons, but I'm enjoying Gus Kenworthy showing lots of skin so far. Hope's he's not an early murder victim.

Count me in as being part of the consensus. I'll reply to anyone, but not with anything explicit unless I recognize the person as a long-time forum member. I agree with the "citizenship" comment above, but to me, that citizenship is something earned by participation.

Not since Gold Coast in Detroit closed. I knew a good number of the patrons, I was on good terms with many of the dancers and almost all the bartenders.

I understand the frustration of having to deal with flakes, but pissy instructions on how to contact you aren't the answer. The flakes will ignore it, and legit clients will be put off.

That's a pretty funny article. My neighbor had some stuff out at the curb on trash day that apparently wasn't tied up properly or something. The garbage man pointed it out to him, neighbor held out a $10 and said "Let me help you lift that". Trash was gone.
