I had issues with this. I was on prep from 2020-2023, and this coincided with elevated liver enzymes. It got so bad that doctors were looking into other conditions--fatty liver, hepatitis, etc.--trying to explain why my liver levels were off the charts. When I quit Prep, the liver issues resolved 100%. The catch is now that I probably should be on Prep, but I don't want the health complications from before, so instead I must just abstain from certain activities and be very careful and choosy.
