Interesting response. Check out Sydney, Australia for hiring, or countries where some people speak English like Prague, the former East Germany. Few people speak English in St. Petersburg, Russia. However, goodlooking young men are learning in such a poor country.

When my mother died I shared with a provider I had known for a long time. My mom was 91 and told me she had lived too long. So a different situation.
