But New York does have Austrian art at the Museum of Modern Art and especially the Neue Galerie. The Galerie is relatively small, but always has special exhibits and, best of all, two wonderful restaurants than serve Austrian food and drink! Check it out, @glennnn.

Glennn, I live two blocks from The Barnes Foundation and 10 blocks from the Philadelphia Museum of Art. New York City also has first class museums, as do many other American cities.
