  1. Got it! I've not been much in that thread but I'll try to discriminate the pics.
  2. That thread in LPSG is an endless source of info and creativity, After the hooded jacket wore during the assassination went sold out, the same is happening with Lului's court ensamble.
  3. Are we not considering any longer that Lulu may be innocent?
  4. This is a raw and unfair generalization. Mainstream gays do, many of us fetishize other things. In my case, faces and big mouths, noises, and ears. I used to have dirty thoughts about Alfred E. Neuman. And another of your unacceptable generalizations. I am proud at my 7.99.
  5. I will not post them here because I may be breaking the rules, but SNL had several funny jokes about Saint Lulu. I found specially interesting the audience cheering reaction when Colin Jost introduced the topic.

Luigi is an international success. In a college in Minas Gerais, they are organizing Luigi look alike competitions.
  7. It looks like they finally caught Magneto.
  8. To relate to the friends pointing that Luigi has a privileged background. It gets really good after 9:20,
  9. My apologies in case this document has been shared before. This PDF is circulating as Luigi's manifesto. It is beautifully written, but I have not been able to proof its authenticity. It is pretty much a confession, so I wonder whether or not it is fabricated. A quote from towards the end: I beg of you: scrutinize the system that calls itself “healthcare.” Look beyond the sensationalism that will inevitably surround my actions—spun by media outlets that rely on shock value. Penetrate the veil and see the underlying disease. Question every assumption about why a pill costs hundreds of dollars, why a specialist is out of reach, or why an insurance claim can be denied with impunity. Challenge every premise that leads to the commodification of health. I hope that future generations might look back at this turbulent era and wonder how we tolerated such cruelty under the guise of care. I hope they will marvel at how we once let human beings suffer and die while wealth piled up at the top, and I hope they will praise the efforts of those who dared to resist. If what I do today contributes a small brick to the foundation of a new healthcare paradigm, one defined by equity, compassion, and universal access, then my role in this story is meaningful. This manifesto is my final testament, my earnest appeal to the conscience of a world that has grown too comfortable with moral contradictions. Let the cost of my sacrifice be not in vain. Let it serve to ignite a transformative discussion and, more importantly, real action. The world desperately needs a healthcare system that honors its name: a system that is centered on healing and grounded in love, not money. 10. I do not think so. However, the unexpected reaction to Luigi's alleged murder is a red flag. I do not even think this is going to trigger significant change. I think we will see a big show punishing Luigi if find guilty, highlighting the hypocrisy and inequalities of today's USA. I think we will see another big show simulating changes. I do not think this society is about to snap. I do not think the establishment can change from within but I think it still has the ability to keep the status quo, in a deteriorating situation. Luigi's phenomenon is a huge red flag.
  11. I think Cardioking pacemaker is failing.
  12. You are correct! Plus, although I am certain there is not a "revolutionary situation", to use a trotskyist category, if we look back at history most revolutionary leaders came from privileged classes or groups. They led, the masses followed.
  13. That is one of the most interesting things in this case. However, and evidently, his massive following do not see that, or see it and find it irrelevant.
  14. As you know, my interest in Luigi Mangione’s case lies less in its legal intricacies and more in the broader cultural and political ripple effects it has triggered. Labeling his act as terrorism, I think, is likely to increase his popularity. As you pointed out, framing the murder/assassination as an attack against society itself elevates its significance. However, one of the fundamental challenges we face today is the erosion of a cohesive, integrated society. Instead, we see a landscape of fragmented individual and collective interests often in conflict, edging closer to anarchy. For his supporters, this act will be seen as yet another example of the privileged elite protecting their own power and self-interest at the expense of the majority. In their eyes, this narrative reinforces the deep divisions and inequities already present in our systems. That said, I believe the system will assert itself in this case, and Luigi will likely face condemnation. However, the broader implications of his act’s popularity cannot be ignored. I suspect that many big heads in Corporate America are scared, and we may start to see measures aimed at addressing—or at least appearing to address—the widening gaps that Luigi’s act popularity is highlighting and enhancing. This continues to get more and more interesting.
  15. And another school shooting with so far three kids dead, counting the shooter. This is what I am talking about, the issue is not only greedy corporations and crazy hot vigilantes.
